Our factory plants are located in the beautiful city of QingDao, ChangZhou & WuXi and its factory covers an area of 30 acres, including purification plant of 5000 square meters, which introduce all automatic grinding and a full range of auxiliary equipment from South Korea. Adopting the advanced technology and management mode from south Korean, after 10 years’ efforts, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent staff team has been created. The main products are injection needle, blood collection needle, infusion needle and all kinds of fancy needles, etc. The products are exported to all over the world. With the first-class quality, good faith service, high cost performance, TOPSHARP are customer recognition and favor and realizes the value of its own brand.
In December 2010, we bought all the factory investment by a professional Korean cannula marker in China. With the principle of the enterprise name changed, the main product unchanged, quality control and the management mode unchanged, on the basis of the original factory plant, we has built a new plant of 2000 square meters for new products development. The original purification plant (2000 m2) was rebuilt according to the domestic (GMP) standards, introduced the drawn tube production line and added 4 sets of automatic grinding equipment in order to expanse the production capacity and inject more ability of sustainable development and potential to the company.
Currently Wuxi Topsharp Medical Technology Co., Ltd. possesses the production capacity of 350 million needles per month, and constantly develops and perfect fancy needle varieties. Meanwhile, with the cooperation of South Korea & Japan, we built the automation equipment production workshop of hypodermic needle, blood collection needle, vacuum blood collection tube and series of products. With the mature technical resource advantages of South Korea & Japan, we have the performance and quality equal to imported units, higher cost performance to serve the growing demand of domestic and abroad.
Our products are exported to 6 main overseas markets, Such as Australia, India, Vietnam, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa and Brazil, where the products are well accept by the customers.
